Dust Storm??

Looking out the window from my office, I noticed that the weather seemed cloudy, as if its going to rain soon.

However, with the apparent wind speed, its probably a dust storm.

Any inputs?

    Can you imagine the absolutely blue sky with the constant sunshine? Something like that I saw in Dubai during my holidays. One of those nights I spent on the beach with my girlfriend Celine watching the sunset and sunrise.
