$59b has been the outstanding total debts of Dubai World as at November 2009
$26b worth of debts is being restructured
$6b worth of sukuks are up for payment (between December 2009 and June 2010)
$4.1b is being paid to sukuk holders
$21.9b will have to be paid after restructuring of Dubai World 
$25b raised by Dubai Government through bonds and support fund
