The Eid Al Fitr holiday (paid holiday) for private sector will be on the first and second of Shawwal 1431 Hijri year, according to a ministerial circular issued by the Minister of Labour . Because rest of the people non-locals and are EXPATRIATES
UAE private sector workers should get bonus and in-lieu holiday from their employers if they are made to work during the upcoming Eid Al Fitr, – who will track the payment of bonuses???
EID al Fitr is muslim festive day at the end of Ramadan, All muslims are equal and shall be treated equal by the Rulers, – at the sametime UAE Rulers shall look after their non-muslim residents with great hospitality and tolerence on the festive days of 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shawwal, the EID days
